Painting city scenes is my thing. I love mixing the tough look of buildings with the coolness of nature. Inspired by Eyvind Earle, I want my art to feel like a city's heartbeat. I try to make characters stand out in the painting but still fit in. It's about showing the textures of the city – the smells, the sounds, the stories on every street.
